Wow! We’re upon Week 3 in a blink of an eye. We saw many faces today but missed some as well. Transcript of the talk coming out shortly.
For those of you who weren’t around, we had a perennial Singapore favorite – LAKSA!
Laksa! No "Hahm" Please!
Picture taken from Wikipedia and not what we actually served. Many thanks to the following people who contributed to the preparation of the food:
- Albert & Daisy – for the prawns which they lovingly cooked and peeled.
- Dawn & Stanley – for blanching the bean sprouts to perfection.
- Angela – for preparing the eggs
- Lena – for noodles, laksa leaves, the finely cut slices of fish-cake & the mango dessert
More words are not necessary at this point.. enjoy the picture and for those who were there, savor the memory of its taste.
